Greetings, I'm a passionate Real Estate Consultant with extensive experience in buying and selling properties across Louisville (Jefferson County), Oldham County, and Bullitt County. My journey in the world of real estate was preceded by academic achievements, as I graduated from Anderson College in Indiana with a Major in Business and a minor in Bible and Christian Education.
 
After college, I answered the call of duty from Uncle Sam, leading me to the fast-paced environment of Basic Training at Fort Knox, KY. My dedication and service eventually saw me rise to the rank of Captain in the Field Artillery, with my military obligation fulfilled in 1982.
 
Following my honorable service, I transitioned into the telecommunications business, working with industry giants such as GTE, Bellsouth, and AT&T. My career in telecom consistently delivered top-notch personal and team achievements, setting the stage for my eventual move into the real estate arena.
 
In 2002, I made my foray into the world of Real Estate, joining a prominent Louisville firm. Remarkably, my first year in Real Estate saw me sell 56 properties, exceeding $7 million in sales. This outstanding performance earned me the coveted title of "Rookie of the Year" and secured my place among the "Top 25" producing agents out of a formidable pool of 972 agents. My Current annual production consistently places me in the Top 5% of Real Estate Agent Production within the Louisville Board of Real Estate Agents consisting of over 5,000 Real Estate Agents.
 
My journey has brought me to where I am today, and I take immense pride in guiding individuals through one of life's most significant decisions. Every client receives my utmost fairness and respect, underpinned by active listening as a core tenet of my service. I approach each transaction with unwavering dedication, whether it's selling a property or finding the perfect new home, always striving to offer the finest guidance and advice.
